Nitto Lamp Holders allow you to mount a Dynamo-powered headlamp or other lights to front racks. Note that Lamp Holders 6 & 8 are left-specific. It is generally considered safer to mount a light off the front or the left side, as opposed to the right side, because it is more visible to oncoming traffic everywhere where one rides on the right side of the road.
Nitto Lamp Holder 7:
Designed by Blue Lug to be mounted to a front rack with eyelets on either side like the Soma Champs-Élysée, Tumbleweed T-Rack or Mini Pannier Rack, etc.
Nitto Lamp Holder 6:
Left-side specific mount, designed to be attached to racks with removable 7mm struts such as the Sim Works Obento, the Nitto M18, etc.
Nitto Lamp Holder 8:
Left-side specific mount, designed to be attached to racks with eyelets on the side, like the Lamp Holder 7
