Honjo Official Fender Hardware

Replacement bits for installing Honjo fenders. These are the most common parts and are what's included with almost all models of Honjo fenders (with rare exceptions which we don't tend to stock).

• Part No.4: R clamp band set
  • For stay size ø5mm
  • Stainless steel
  • 4pcs/set only
  • Recommended JIS aka PoziDriv screwdriver (not Phillips)
• Part No.6: Fork Crown Daruma aka Eyebolt
  
  • Bolt diameter 6mm / Length 17mm
  • Nickel plated Brass
  • Used to hide the bolt to attach the mudguard to the fork crown. Install through the brake bolt and attach the mudguard from the bottom of the fork crown. Not necessary for frames with a drilled accessory plate integrated under the fork crown.
• Part No.10 : Standard attachment for front mudguards
  • Height 18mm
  • Stainless steel, polished finish
  • Includes bolts, nuts, brass fender reinforcement plate
  • Used to attach mudguards to the fork crown. Holds with the front brake bolt, some spacers may be required (not included).
• Part No.11 : Standard attachment for rear mudguards
  • Height 12mm
  • Stainless steel, polished finish
  • Includes bolts, nuts, brass fender reinforcement plate
  • Used to attach mudguards to the seatstay bridge. Holds with the rear brake bolt.
• Part No.16 : Sandwich stay band set for fender stays
  
  • For ø5mm stay
  • Outer plate : Stainless steel, Polished finish
  • Inner plate : Steel, Galvanized
  • 2pcs/set (for full pair of fenders)

There are lots of ways of attaching fenders, and hardware depends on the size and model, and sometimes depends on the frame. This is what we currently stock, we intend to carry more as we continue to order Honjo fenders.

We can't comment on compatibility with other fender brands, it's usually best not to mix and match if you want things to hold and last well.
