Brooks Leather Saddle Repair

C&L Cycles are the authorized Canadian repair centre for Brooks saddles. We're thrilled to be able to offer this service to keep your beloved Brooks between your bike and your butt, just like we help you keep your bike on the road in all seasons and conditions.

We can also tune up your saddle (set the rivets tight, adjust the tension, apply and cure Proofide) if there aren't any parts that need replacing.

How can I get my saddle repaired?

For repairs you believe should be under warranty, please contact Brooks first.

For repairs out of warranty please fill out the form below or email us before you send us your saddle. A complete description and a photo or two really help!

Once we've provided you with a work order number, send us the saddle (without seatpost) to 8710 Parc Avenue unit 204, Montreal QC H2N 1S2, or drop it off in person at one of our stores at 978 Rachel East or 75 Villeneuve West.

What does it cost?

We'll email you a quote including labour and parts before we do any work. Return shipping to you, if necessary, will be in the 15-20$ range and can be combined with another order if you so choose.

Repairs start from 27,50$ for setting rivets or replacing tension pins, up to around 100$ for complete frame and rail replacements. Prices may vary according to saddle model and materials and parts are billed separately.

All that said, it's always cheaper to have a Brooks repaired than to buy a new one, and why break in a stiff new leather top when we can so easily replace worn-out hardware?
