FREE ESTIMATES

When the autumn and winter roll around and it's quiet, you can almost always simply drop off your bicycle for an estimate, but please note that during the busy seasons, booking an appointment to drop off your cycle might be necessary.

We unfortunately cannot take in any electric-assist bicycles, electric scooters, or electric motorcycles, without exceptions.

When you leave your bicycle with us for repairs, our mechanics will always perform a free evaluation. Then, taking into account the evaluation as well as your requests for service, we'll send you a detailed quote with itemized parts and labour. We'll always send this quote within 24hrs. Once you accept or modify the quote, we'll add your cycle to our work list.

TUNE-UPS

We always work off full, detailed estimates instead of grouped tune-up packages. That way, we can work precisely on what your bicycle needs and the quotes can be modified or reduced according to your budget and what repairs are more urgent.

Wait times can wax and wane, but we always do work in order of quote acceptance. Our team always work as fast as possible, we know how tough it is to be without the best form of transportation there is! We'll also always let you know of any changes to your quote and any delays that may come up.

FLATS

No appointments needed to have a flat fixed, we always deal with them while-u-wait.

CUSTOM WHEEL LACING

Wheelbuilding is one of our specialties and something we a lot of pride in. We have a wide selection of rims and hubs, and all our spokes are cut and threaded in-house. Contact us or swing by any of the shops to plan your next wheelset!
