Origin8 Vise Hydro-Mech Disc Brake Caliper

Hydro-mechanical calipers have a hydraulic piston but the connection to the lever is an ordinary cable. Paired with good compressionless housing, these will brake like hydraulics, but you won't need to bleed them for years and years, and the cable run will be much more resilient, not to mention you can use any levers you want. We've used these for four-season riding and they're a treat.
