49N Wheel 27.5"/650B Disc Brake Black (QR)

49N is the house brand of a pretty big parts distributor in Canada, and we've been using these wheels for the stock builds of the Bassi Hog's Back since 2020. They're well-built, useful in many applications, and ready to roll right out of the box. All in all, they're superb value for the price.

DETAILS

A tough, tubeless-compatible 650B, aka 27.5-inch disc wheel built around Center Lock hubs but shipped with handy 6-Bolt adapters for dual compatibility straight out of the box.

• Pinned construction, tubeless-ready, asymmetric/offset double-wall rim with 24mm internal width is suited to a wide range of tire widths perfect for either MTB or urban use. Rim tape for tubes included.
• Asymmetric rims w/offset spoke holes for better triangulation of spoke angles and balance of tensions in a wheel build, resulting in a stronger, stiffer, and more reliable wheel.
• Joytech 100mm (F) or 135mm (R) OLD alloy QR Center Lock hub w/serviceable cup and cone bearings. Skewer included.
• Shimano freehub: 8/9/10/11sp road and MTB compatibility. Spacer included in case you're not using 11-speed road cassettes.
• Reinforced head plain gauge 14G/2.0mm Stainless Steel spokes (black) w/12mm brass nipples (black).
• Weight: 1132g for the rear wheel.
